虹をつくるための巨大ブランコ

展 覧会表題作。 高さ５ｍの巨大ブランコ （大人サイズのブランコ） が７台連結されており、 それぞれコンピュータが接続され ブランコの角度により 独立した色が出る。 虹の色を出そうとすれば、７人が別の角度にいなければならない （ほとんど実現不可能だが ）。 「非協力による協力」を考えてつくった作品。 「Light/Depth」が男の子用と捉えていたのに対し、 こちらは女の子用、 として設定されている。 というのは、 スケートボードを生んだサーフィンが、 男性の成人の儀式を起源に持つのに対し、 ブランコには「女の子のための乗り物」という側面があるから。

7 Computers linked seven huge swings (5m high) for adults.

Each swings are illuminated by seven different colors when their angles are all different (almost impossible though). A work made to represent " cooperation through non-cooperation". "Light / Depth" is for boys because surfboarding, the origin of skateboarding, has its rise in a ceremony for attaining manhood. "Over the Rainbow" is for girls since swings are taken as girl's playthings.
